Tri-Jewels is an amazing source of beautiful fine jewelry. I gave my dear daughter-in-law a gorgeous peridot and diamond bracelet for a milestone birthday. She absolutely loves it! My wife and I have been through a very tough 18 months and I wanted to remind her how loved she is. She had recently seen and fallen in love with emerald jewelry we had seen while on overseas vacation. I bought her gorgeous emerald and diamond earrings on the spot but she also had her heart set on a stunning and pricey diamond and emerald tennis bracelet. That desire didn't go away in the ensuing months so I set out to find a similar bracelet that matched what she fell in love with. Despite an extensive search in stores and online, it was impossible to find the perfect match... until I found TriJewels!! They have a fabulous website and a huge range of jewelry, and to my delight, several white gold settings and carats of all natural stone bracelets over a wide carat and price range... indeed something for everyone. I found the exact bracelet at a larger carat spec than I thought I could afford in a more sparkly 3 prong setting. To my dismay, after receiving it I was unhappy with the large although natural inclusions in 2 of the emeralds and told Vijay the owner as much, expecting him to insist that's what you get when you buy natural stones. While he said that, he also insisted I send it back (all postage paid) and he would replace those with other emeralds. It took just a week for him to repair and send back the bracelet. The replaced emeralds are perhaps even clearer and brighter than the rest, a testament to a man who truly stands behind his honor that is rare these days with online businesses. I cannot speak highly enough of Vijay's ethics, customer service and friendliness. I will certainly be reaching out to him again in my quest for "happy wife, happy life"!! Thank you very much Vijay, someday we shall meet.
