My experience with TriJewels and Vijay has been excellent (5 stars). I wanted to make three identical channel set eternity bands each one with a separate birthstone for my wife and our two children. I wanted them to be able to be worn as rings, stacked, or as pendants on a necklace. From the moment I ordered the rings, I was immediately contacted by Vijay to confirm the specifics to ensure that I would be satisfied. Even with all of the supply-chain difficulties brought on by COVID, the proactive communication and transparency provided by the TriJewels team kept me completely in the loop and actually delivered earlier than expected. I am very happy with and impressed by TriJewels customer service. I will be a repeat customer. Good value, great quality and excellent customer service, what more can you ask for?

I can't say enough incredible things about Vijay!! I did a ton of research which led me to the Trijewels.com site and when I read all of his glowing reviews, and realized how wonderful the site is - easy to change out colors, settings, metals, evaluate pricing and options. I recommended my husband check it out for bands I was hoping to get for an anniversary gift. My husband couldn't believe how wonderful of an experience purchasing and working with ViJay was. He was beyond helpful, insightful, extremely honest, he sent pictures and even stones to my husband to be able to make his final decision. The final product is gorgeous and we both couldn't be happier!!
