I ordered a ring from TriJewels for my wife to commemorate the birth of our daughter, and it turned out it wasn't quite what I wanted. I was able to return the ring to TriJewels and worked with Vijay to select a different ring. He listened to my feedback and recommended a different style that turned out to be perfect. I presented this ring to my wife and she completely loves it and wears it almost every day! The ring itself is beautiful, with quality metalwork and perfect matching in the stones. Working with Vijay and TriJewels was a great experience. With so many options to choose from today concerning jewelry, I am very happy and blessed that I chose to move forward in picking Vijay/TriJewels in making my fiances 18k yellow gold and ruby wedding band. The workmanship of the band and the quality of the rubys are truly amazing. I not only have a new jeweler for life, but also a friend. When a business is the best, where does one start? I found TriJewels initially scanning the INTERNET. I noticed right away it was quality jewelry at a reasonable price. I was looking to buy a new diamond wedding band for the wife and myself (after many years of marriage, you have the right to BRAG about it)! The listings on the web were nice, but not exactly what I wanted. Mr. Vijay immediately responded to my inquiries, and offered to send me a couple of samples. Two days later, I had the examples, and my wife picked out her favorite. I loved the samples sent, but wanted to upgrade the diamonds and even get certified stones. Vijay gave me his utmost attention, and we discussed my wishes. We talked, and he went to work immediately gathering diamonds from around the world to meet my needs. He offered me several possibilities, and explained the various stones to me (you know, the five C's of buying diamonds). All of the diamonds were very reasonably priced, Vijay knew I was working on a budget, and did an outstanding job of staying within my budget parameters. I received my new ring today, and I was speechless. Beautiful certified stones, an amazing setting, a lifetime guarantee, and everyone I dealt with at Trijewels (Vijay and Mary) were so helpful and anxious to make me happy. Well, they accomplished their mission - as I am happier than I have ever been in my life with this piece of jewelry! I can not recommend Mary, Vijay, and Trijewels highly enough. If you are looking for amazing jewelry at reasonable prices, or if you want something made to order at an "off the shelf" price, these are the people you HAVE to talk to! Check out their website, and they will work with you like no one ever has. You will be extremely satisfied and you won't have to pay an arm and a leg for the best quality jewelry that you can imagine. If you are in the market for beautiful jewelry and you DON'T talk to these folks, you are missing out on the best quality, the best customer service, and the most outstanding shopping experience you have ever had. Great Company to do business with!

First off, I loved the website. It was very easy to navigate and the pictures were so detailed as to what you would be getting. We ordered a cross for my daughters baptism gift. The quality and diamonds are beautiful. It's nice you get an appraisal with your purchase. The appraiser is GIA accredited. I worked with Vijay for my order and he was very helpful whenever I had any questions regarding my order. He was very quick to email me back with answers to my questions. I can say that is huge when it comes to customer service. There are not a lot of businesses who are good with customer service. I give this company an A+ when it comes to that as well. I had an issue with the post office when receiving my package. I called Trijewels just to give them a heads up that I hadn't received my package. Vijay assured me that if there was a problem they would re ship one out to me. Luckily, package was found and I was able to receive my cross in time for my daughters baptism. I will forsure be recommending Trijewels to my friends and family!

I wanted to but a new ring and I contacted Vijay Bhatia. Vijay has a tremendous amount of knowledge about his trade and I found it refreshing to meet a seller who was so willing to share his knowledge. It was like learning about it from the Master. Vijay was extremely helpful, gave me valuable advice on picking the right colour, clarity, cut, carat and setting.

I appreciated not being pushed into buying what a seller wants to sell you, if anything Vijay ensured I was making the right choices for me with helpful tips all along.

Once I had decided on the diamond and design he kept in touch with me every step of the way right down to showing me the mould when it was created.

I received my ring and it was quite spectacular! I am simply delighted with the end product and have tremendous respect for Vijay's approach and making this a marvellous experience for this purchase. I recommend him all day long, you won't find better customer care elsewhere. Thank you Vijay!!!

I called Vijay in hopes that he would be able to create me a wedding band to match my engagement ring within a reasonable price. I had looked everywhere online and in stores and had come up with nothing. I had pink sapphires placed in my engagement ring so I wanted pick sapphires in my wedding band. I also have a small ring size which sometimes causes a problem. Vijay made me a wedding band with pink sapphires and diamonds in the exact size I needed. The ring is beautiful! He done a wonderful job matching my engagement ring with the wedding band. He worked extremely hard to make me exactly want I wanted. Great customer service...... I would highly recommend him to anyone.
