Excellent service and beautiful rings

Excellent work and attention to detail. I called and he spoke directly with me and I let him know what I wanted and he delivered with no problems. He kept us up to date on the rings progress and when ever we called about the status he was always kind and polite and had the info. Now we're buying 2 more items and I will be recommending him to everyone that wants or thinks about jewelry.

Engagement Ring

I picked out the diamond I wanted and a band that was close to the correct fitting, but not quite. Once I placed my order, I immediately received a call from Vijay. He was very happy and excited to help me out and reassured me that he would make a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped in the time frame I was quoted and arrived sooner than estimated date. Amazing customer service and prompt delivery, I will be using Vijay and TriJewels for all my jewelry needs in the future. 5 plus stars!

Vijay went above and beyond to help me design something custom for the big day. He provided expert advice on selecting suitable stones and educated me on the different qualities of the diamonds I was looking at. He was open to my ideas and could suggest other ways of thinking based on his years of expertise. We were so pleased with the engagement ring we bought our wedding rings from TriJewels also.
