Great Service!! Beautiful jewelry!!

I absolutely love the ring that was bought for me as a Christmas gift from TriJewels. The ring has almost a full carat beautifully cut emerald with 4 diamonds on each side. I never had a ring in 14 carat white gold and love how beautiful it is. It had to be resized so I mailed it back. Within two weeks I had it back on my hand! Great customer service. I would definitely buy from TriJewels again!

Beautiful Craftsmanship and Quality Service

I couldn't be happier with TriJewels. Vijay and his team provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, and their craftsmanship is impeccable. After providing me with the PERFECT engagement ring for my fiance, TriJewels was my first choice for a pair of custom wedding bands. With nothing but a photo, Vijay was able to create replicas of the first ring I gave to my future wife, and took the time to explain the advantages of different metals and finishes; he also sent me regular updates, including renderings and models, throughout the process. My fiance and I are grateful to TriJewels for creating the rings we'll wear for the rest of our lives: they'll be my first call when I'm looking for a piece of jewelry that has to be special.

Expertly Crafted and Amazing To Work With!!!

I was first introduced to TriJewels by one of my closest friends, who owns several gorgeous pieces from there. After admiring her collection, I decided to treat myself to my very first piece—a stunning gold bracelet. From the moment I reached out, Vijay was incredible to work with. When I mistakenly provided the wrong wrist measurements, he was incredibly accommodating and resized the bracelet right away.

After such a positive experience, I didn’t think twice about turning to Vijay again when it came time to choose my engagement ring. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to decide, but Vijay was so patient and genuinely helpful, offering guidance without any pressure to rush my choice. His approach gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decision.

When my ring arrived, I couldn’t have been more excited—it came quickly, within just a few days, and I am completely in love with it. I honestly couldn’t recommend Vijay and TriJewels enough. The quality, service, and overall experience have been exceptional. I would absolutely buy from them again without a second thought.

Exceptional attention to detail, service and turnaround time. Highly recommend TriJewels for your engagement, wedding and really any jewelry needs. He is super attentive to each and every customer, and more importantly, he was extremely responsive and patient with me as I made decisions about every last detail of the ring.

I have used them in multiple occasions from diamond rings to colored stones and they are amazing. Vijay makes sure the design is as you like and builds a great experience throughout the process. I love using them and will use them in future! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! It’s the only jewelry shop I go to. They pay close attention to details, they work very quickly, your jewelry gets back to you so fast! Very affordable and the quality is great! I haven’t had an issue. Trust me, check them out and thank me later

I had a custom engagement ring made, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular! Once they had my details in hand, they took care of my order in such a fast yet personal way. I really enjoyed working with them, and they made the engagement ring process as stress free and seamless as possible. They worked with a custom design I had and with some feedback we were able to get it prototyped, tweaked, and eventually finalized in hand to me in a matter of weeks. The speed and care they had in taking care of me during this process was super key, and they made sure that there was nothing to worry about on the ring side of the proposal. I highly recommend coming here for your engagement ring needs!
