Fantastic Experience

My wife wanted an emerald half eternity band to match with her diamond wedding ring. TriJewels worked very closely with us to design a ring that matched as closely as possible. Customer service and follow-up were superb and the final product was beautiful. Honestly I can not think of any experience working with a vendor originally solely found from online searching that matched their service, attention to detail and honesty (We overpaid initially due to some miscommunication on our part to TriJewels and they refunded the overpayment as soon as the situation was clear). I whole heartedly recommend TriJewels.

Ring for my daughter’s birthday

I purchased a diamond ring from TriJewels online for my daughter’s birthday. The ring is beautiful and my daughter loves it so much!
Vijay was very nice and he was so helpful with arranging the pick up. He even expedited making the ring for my daughter.
I definitely give 5 stars for the beautiful ring and amazing service. Thank you Vijay!

I was worried about ordering a wedding band online but Trijewels was very responsive and wanted to make sure that my band would match my engagement ring well. They also resized the band for me very quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the beautiful wedding band or the service I received.

I was is the market for a specific ring with blue diamonds and could not find anyone locally to produce it. I found the most creative and perfect ring via the web at Trijewels.com. Once I placed the order I was contacted within one day and shown the stones that were hand picked for my piece. I received my order and it was exactly what was advertised. The craftsmanship is excellent as are the stones. I will not hesitate to purchase from Trijewels in the future.

Beyond stunning!

I was apprehensive to order from a jewelry store online without getting to try it on first. I am sooo glad I took the risk. The ring was beyond my expectations. Absolutely stunning!!! I paid for two day shipping to get here in time for Valentine’s Day. Trijewels overnighted it priority you make sure it was here on time. Great customer service! They respond quickly to emails. Vijay was a joy to work with! You can tell he truly cared about my happiness and if I'd be happy with the end product (which I am thrilled about!).
