I had been searching for the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for quite some time. My fiancé and I looked at almost every possible design at every major diamond jeweler in the NYC/NJ area. The more I searched, the more confused I became. Finally, I shared my experience with a friend and he recommended that I speak with Vijay at Trijewels. Upon visiting Vijay, he immediately clarified my confusion with proper knowledge of the characteristics, features, and qualities of various diamonds. He patiently listened to my concerns and perfectly addressed them. Vijay helped me narrow down my selection to the perfect design that I had long searched for. Best Ring, Best Service, Best Price = Best Jeweler

Vijay is to me simply Best Jeweler ever .. I am telling you .. and here is my story with Trijewels :)

I was trying to find an engagement set (Bridal band + Engagement Ring) in Platinum with a good center diamond (GIA 0.40 ct center diamond, D, SI1, Excellent Cut) and at an affordable price, which is a lot to ask, I know..
I wanted to buy my ring online as I was convinced that it's trustworthy in general and gives you the best possible price for what you want.
Also, I had enough time to go all over the net and find the cheapest one out there..and Just to let you know, I checked over a 100 websites..
I was really surprised how cheap prices were when I checked Trijewels but they were still over my budget, I thought that I simply can't buy my rings in Platinum.
I registered on the website anyway just to make sure that the final price I would be paying for is the one I was seeing for any chosen ring set, and yes it was...
So,I was roaming on the website thinking of what I can buy and guess what happened. I got a call from Vijay saying he is from Trijewles and he wanted to make sure that I have found what I am looking for on his website.
I told him that I wanted to buy a set in Platinum but I think I cannot afford it but he insisted that he can find for me what am looking for within my budget limit, and Yes he did.
Vijay was super friendly, every time I talked with him he made me feel very comfortable and happy that I am getting what I am really looking for without exceeding my budget limit. and What I liked the most is that I really felt that my satisfaction really mattered to him, you can really tell that what makes him happy is seeing his customers happy. Also, I felt like its more of a friendship between us than of doing business
He provided another very long list of other ring models that we can choose from, amazzziing ones, and he walked me through all the way in choosing the best one.
I ended up having the ring I was looking for in Platinum for a very cheap price compared to any other website out there.
One slight problem happened to me is that I ordered the ring twice, not on purpose, and Vijay called me right away told me about that and assured me that he already canceled the second order.
Within a week, I've got my ring set with it's GIA certificate and Trijewls appraisal certificate.
was just BEAUTIFUL, and just how i wanted it to be.
I was so pleased with what I got at the end that I made my mind and I am inviting Vijay to my wedding, which is going to be overseas, once a day is set =D

Bottom line, if you want to buy the best ring for your budget, and a great service don't even think about it, ask Vijay for it.

Princes For a Day

I waited 12 years for my recently purchased ring and I would gladly wait another12 if I knew how well trijewels would take care of me! The time effort and customer service provide was refreshing and made my experience unforgettable! I will never purchase another piece of jewelry with out this team behind me! My husband is so impressed with the service we receivd that he his now shopping trijewels to buy me another special gift! I think he appreciates that the trijewels team went above and beyond to make me a princes! I am sincerely happy with my entire experience!

High Quality Product and Service with Personality.

This started out with a referral from a friend and grew into a friendship. Vijay was unbelievably patient and worked with me for months to find the perfect new ring. He explained the whole process of certification and how to buy and did not try to oversell me – simply amazing. It’s rare to get more than what you want in life – this was one of them. In fact, I am already thing of the next piece he can custom craft for me. The last highlight is he is willing to work with you on your time and schedule. I highly recommend his service and high quality product to all who is even thinking about buying diamond! I like the personal touch with a personality.
