I originally ordered the 2mm ring and before it shipped, I was contacted and sent a ring sizer free of charge to make sure I would get the correct size. When my ring arrived, I decided it looked too overpowering next to my engagement ring, so I asked if I could exchange it for the 1.7mm version. The customer service was impeccable and they even sent me a sample to make sure it would look good with my other ring. It was an easy process to return my ring and receive the new one that is absolutely perfect!! All shipments were extremely fast and arrived in only a few days. Thank you so much for fulfilling all my needs and helping me find the perfect wedding ring.

I have bought two rings from this company for both of my sons birth stones. The rings are absolutely gorgeous! The customer service is impeccable and they are always willing to work with you. I plan on using them for any of my jewelry needs.

TriJewels is ahead of their time. They perfected the business of creating masterpieces of fine custom jewelry all online, virtual, before COVID-19 hit us. Vinay and the team made beautiful engagement rings then wedding rings for us. They kept us informed every step of the process and were available 7 days a week with immediate responses to questions. So impressed!..Quality & Customer service

Bought a ring for my wife after the birth of our first child. This ring was designed to sit with her wedding and engagement rings that were designed by a different jeweler. The team at trijewels took an amazing attention to detail to ensure that this new ring would match exactly to the others. On top of that, after I received the ring, we found my wife’s fingers never fully returned to their normal width after the pregnancy and the ring needed to be resized. Without a question they sent me a return label to send the ring back, enlarged it free of charge, and sent it back in a timely manor to our exact specifications. I will most definitely be a returning customer to this exemplary example of what a business should be.

I absolutely love my ring.
It met all my expectations. The gold is beautiful, the diamonds are so sparkly, the size is perfect. I wear it everyday. Great experience. I will definitely be ordering again!!

Wonderful doing business with Trijewels. I had a little trouble with the site when ordering. However it was addressed within 24hours and it allowed me the opportunity to work with Vijay directly. He offered his expert opinion on my matching my wedding ring with my previously purchased engagement ring (not Trijewels). I went with a 2.7mm 10 stone blue diamond rose gold band. Sz 6. I have slender fingers so against my 4.8 carat sapphire this was perfect. Soo in love with it! I got my ring in a few weeks. My wedding day is tomorrow... CANT WAIT TO WEAR IT! THANKS VIJAY
