Vijay and his crew are AWSOME!! I am blessed to have stumbled unto TriJewels website after searching many other websites for engagement rings. The selection on hand is plentiful and beautiful but I wanted specific stones and design and I was able to put it all together through their website and of course, Vijay was very helpful in designing a beautiful band set to go along with the engagement ring. I was able to surprise my wife by taking her to New York and to TriJewels to pick up her ring. This was a great experience for the both of us and I am very grateful to the entire TriJewels staff for making it all possible. I highly recommend TriJewels, whether online, phone, or in person

Understanding and Patience

I'm a new customer not only to Trijewels but a new customer to the whole experience to purchasing a diamond. I'm a very specific detail person when it comes to things I don't know. I become weary of anything I don't understand. My Jeweler Vijay stayed patient and understanding with me through the whole spectacular experience. He calmed me down and bought me back to the real purpose of why we was here. I learned more about diamonds from him in a couple of weeks than I learned in my lifetime. Now I walk around talking to my freinds like I'm a Jeweler myself. Vijay gave me more than a beautiful 💍. He gave me his time, commitment, attention and his true professionalism in customer service. I absolutely love this place! It’s the only jewelry shop I go to. They pay close attention to details, they work very quickly, your jewelry gets back to you so fast! Very affordable and the quality is great! I haven’t had an issue. Trust me, check them out and thank me later.

Vijay is very knowledgeable!! I purchased my fiancé's ring from him. On first meeting he was very trustworthy and went to great extents to make sure I received the exact specs I was looking for and was not at all pushy.
