I was looking for a Particular wedding band in platinum for my wife. Trijewels were the only place that had exactly what I was looking for. It came on time, was 1/2 size too big. The return and replacement ring was fast and effortless. Very accommodating. Thank you

Wonderful doing business with Trijewels. I had a little trouble with the site when ordering. However it was addressed within 24hours and it allowed me the opportunity to work with Vijay directly. He offered his expert opinion on my matching my wedding ring with my previously purchased engagement ring (not Trijewels). I went with a 2.7mm 10 stone blue diamond rose gold band. Sz 6. I have slender fingers so against my 4.8 carat sapphire this was perfect. Soo in love with it! I got my ring in a few weeks. My wedding day is tomorrow... CANT WAIT TO WEAR IT! THANKS VIJAY

Better than I imagined!!

Everything about my experience with trijewels was stellar! I was in love with this ring for sentimental reasons, and trijewels did everything they could to make sure my ring arrived exactly as I wanted, quickly. I used the online chat several times, and each time the individuals I spoke to were extremely helpful. Once I ordered my ring, I realized I needed to go one size up. Without hesitation or frustration, they quickly changed this detail on my order. It arrived in less than a week from the time I purchased it, and I couldn't be more happy! The peridot is a beautiful light green, MUCH MUCH better than the pictures online. It's more beautiful that I imagined! 100% will be doing business with trijewels again and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful piece!

Ordered the 7 stone white sapphire anniversary band, super fast shipping, the ring was GORGEOUS! However, it just didn't look right with my wedding ring. Asked if I could return it and order the 10 stone ring. I received an immediate response. After Vijay received the original purchase in the mail, he emailed me pictures of other sizes next to the one that I originally purchased so I could get a better idea of size. I picked the ring that I liked and he also gave me the 15% sale price that was no longer in effect. Again, 2nd ring was sent out with super fast shipping. He even offered me to pay the difference AFTER I received it to make sure it was what I wanted. Great customer service!! You can tell that Vijay and Trijewels truly wants the customer to be happy!

There was a slight error with shipping. Problem was fixed immediately. A 2nd beautiful ring was shiiped overnight to guarantee i had it on time. Highly recommended
