This is my second purchase, I had to return the first one due to ordering the wrong size. I was refunded immediately once they received it back. Every person is going to be concerned about quality and business practices with high values items. Trijewels exceeded all expectations that I had.

I ordered a ruby eternity ring to celebrate a big birthday. The ring arrived quickly and it was gorgeous. However, the height of the band was too high to fit under my engagement ring. Vijay quickly sent me two other samples to try. When those did not work, he said, "I like a good challenge." We measured my existing eternity wedding band and he was able to make a 3D printed ring with the measurements. He sent this along to me and it was a perfect match to my existing eternity wedding band. Trijewels waited until I returned from vacation to send the finish product and it is absolutely perfect! Trijewels are responsive and have great communication. They go above and beyond to make sure that what you take home is exactly what you want. The prices are extremely competitive and better than I have seen anywhere online. We will definitely be shopping here for all of our jewelry needs. And hopefully, the prototype that we designed may end up being an eternity band they sell on their site. It fits perfectly under an engagement ring without compromising on stone size.
