The personal care

The personal care, reassurance and comfort that Vijay gave was beyond what I expected. I searched for a long time to find the band that called out to me and the love for my girlfriend. Vijay walked me thru the whole process and listened to the vision I had in my head and made it a reality. The ring arrived today and I have not stopped smiling and am outstanded at the quality and craftsmanship of the ring.

Meir London Blue Topaz Ring

This ring is absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship is amazing. I cannot find one flaw with this ring. The diamonds are bright and clear and the London blue topaz is remarkable. The ring also had substantial weight to it. It was delivered quickly. I give Tri-Jewelers a 10. I will buy from the again!

My wife and I received the ring from…

My wife and I received the ring from trijewlers and it was exactly what she wanted. It was a beautiful ring. We were in the process of moving and the ring was in the box sitting on the bed. When we went to unpack the boxes the ring and box were not in there. We went through all the packed boxes and it was not anywhere to be found. I called trijewlers and talked to Vijay and he was very sorry to here about my problem. He sent me a code to reorder the ring which I did. He was extremely helpful. We both greatly appreciate his help in a very disturbing situation.

My engagement Ring experience

I was looking to get my Lady a nice engagement ring. so it started with she didnt like my cal king mattress. i told her it it ill kill me to get both at this time so i bought her a new Cal king Mattress and the brand was called Diamond so i said this is the biggest diamond i can get you . i was shopping online and came a crossed on trijewels saw a few rings and the one below is her birthstone w/dimonds around it it was perfect cause all she wanted was a simple ring but this will be the right one till later . I asked her to Marry me at a rock show we do yearly and pulled her up on stage in front of aprox 400 fans it was awesome . thank you Vijay for the help and service the ring got me a big YES ! i wll be coming cack in a few for a matching band ....if you can send me info on bands id love that

AMAZING customer service

My husband wanted to get me a new ring as we are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. He found the ring that he wanted but was very nervous as it was a big purchase and we would be ordering it online. So I read reveiews, and I emailed Trijewels as well. Within minutes Vijay emailed me back asking what we were looking for and how he could help us. I told him what we were trying to do, he said they could do it absolutely and he could send me a sample to make sure it was really want we wanted. So we placed our order, and received the sample very shortly after that. The service that I received from Vijay and Diva from Trijewels was beyond AMAZING!!!! I'm sure that I was a pain with all of the emails I was sending, I also changed where I wanted my ring shipped. Anytime in the future that we will make a jewelry purchase it will definately be from Trijewels! My ring was also ready and on my finger before expected! The quality and beauty of my ring is INCREDIBLE, I honestly could not be any happier!! Also before they shipped my ring I received pictures of it as well!!

The ring was perfect and my fiancee gets coments all the time on the right. She always says how sparkely it is. Dealing with TriJewels was easy as can be. So I wanted to find my gf her dream engagement ring which happened to be a peridot with diamond halo in a rose gold setting. Not knowing much about jewelry I went to some of the bigger known jewelry stores who informed me that they could not make this happen. I turned to the internet and came across trijewels.com. like others have said the web site was easy to navigate and I found it, her dream ring. I was sceptical buying online to I called the number listed on the site. I ended up talking to Vijay and he assured me that everything would be perfect. I placed my order that day and within 4 days the ring was shipped to me in Georgia. What a great experience from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole thing.
