She Loved her Black Diamond Cross

Vijay is a true professional when it comes to selecting jewery. I have purchase earrings and a ring before and received exceptional service. This time I contacted Vijay about a cross and can he help me. He said he could and emailed me sample of cross designs about a 150 to look at. I selected a design and he came back with suggestions that made me change mind even though the design would have cost more then double the design I finally selected. My second choice he liked and we agreed to move forward with the cross. Vijay kept me informed of the process from making the mold, casting, polishing and finish. He sent me pictures of every step. My wife really loved this cross.
Dealing with a professional like Vijay is better then dealing with a sales person over counter at a big box store who know little or nothing about the jewery except what she/he reads on the tag.. Another plus is you don't have to pay for the the stores display counters and fancy lighting and other ovehead items.
