I just purchased my second ring from TriJeweler and I can't wait for it to arrive. I love their costumer service and ease for ordering. I have also returned my ring due to a missing sapphire and they replaced it no questions asked.

Wedding band

This was our second visit to Vijay and the whole experience was just as pleasant as the first one. Vijay got my wife the perfect wedding band he kept in touch with us through out the processes and ensured we were satisfied from start to finish.

The customer service was impeccable

I originally ordered the 2mm ring and before it shipped, I was contacted and sent a ring sizer free of charge to make sure I would get the correct size. When my ring arrived, I decided it looked too overpowering next to my engagement ring, so I asked if I could exchange it for the 1.7mm version. The customer service was impeccable and they even sent me a sample to make sure it would look good with my other ring. It was an easy process to return my ring and receive the new one that is absolutely perfect!! All shipments were extremely fast and arrived in only a few days. Thank you so much for fulfilling all my needs and helping me find the perfect wedding ring.

TriJewels is ahead of their time. They perfected the business of creating masterpieces of fine custom jewelry all online, virtual, before COVID-19 hit us. Vinay and the team made beautiful engagement rings then wedding rings for us. They kept us informed every step of the process and were available 7 days a week with immediate responses to questions. TriJewels has redefined the business of bespoke jewelry design and production. I will never bother going into a traditional brick and mortar jewelry store again even after lockdown ends.
