Bought a ring for my wife after the birth of our first child. This ring was designed to sit with her wedding and engagement rings that were designed by a different jeweler. The team at trijewels took an amazing attention to detail to ensure that this new ring would match exactly to the others. On top of that, after I received the ring, we found my wife’s fingers never fully returned to their normal width after the pregnancy and the ring needed to be resized. Without a question they sent me a return label to send the ring back, enlarged it free of charge, and sent it back in a timely manor to our exact specifications. I will most definitely be a returning customer to this exemplary example of what a business should be.

Everyday ring

I absolutely love my ring.
It met all my expectations. The gold is beautiful, the diamonds are so sparkly, the size is perfect. I wear it everyday. Great experience. I will definitely be ordering again!!

Wonderful doing business with Trijewels. I had a little trouble with the site when ordering. However it was addressed within 24hours and it allowed me the opportunity to work with Vijay directly. He offered his expert opinion on my matching my wedding ring with my previously purchased engagement ring (not Trijewels). I went with a 2.7mm 10 stone blue diamond rose gold band. Sz 6. I have slender fingers so against my 4.8 carat sapphire this was perfect. Soo in love with it! I got my ring in a few weeks. My wedding day is tomorrow... CANT WAIT TO WEAR IT! THANKS VIJAY

Wonderful Product

This "stackable ring" is just that - a perfect accent to my engagement ring and wedding band. They were very easy to work with and willing to help make some changes when asked. They kept me aware of the status of the ring and it came in a timely manner. Looking forward to working with them again.

Vijay at Tri Jewels went above and beyond to take my vision and to bring it to life. I am so pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the diamond. Vijay is professional and is very thorough in explaining the process of designing a ring. It is quite evident that he is passionate about the quality of his work. He was flexible, responsive and took the time out to assure that all my questions were answered. When I decided on this beautiful ring, Vijay made sure to speed up the process so that I would get it in time for the proposal. From the beginning to the end, Tri Jewels was there to make this process as smooth as possible. Needless to say, my fiancé absolutely loves the ring and has not stopped receiving compliments on this ring. Thank you for all your help! Looking forward to purchasing more jewels from you soon.

Discovered TriJewels while ring shopping on eBay. Although the ring I initially ordered was beautiful, it did not fit with my engagement ring. I had no issues returning the ring and receiving a refund, and the seller was so gracious and accommodating throughout the whole process! He invited us to visit his Manhattan location to try on rings and make something customized to my engagement ring. The final product was delicate and beautiful, and just as described. I highly recommend TriJewels! They are a “mom-and-pop” local family type business that happens to operate primarily online to lower overhead and pass the savings on to customers. I am so happy and proud to support them! We are having my fiancé’s ring made with them, too.

Stunning anniversary band!

The blue diamonds on this band are absolutely stunning. The design is unique and I have received many compliments and inquiries on where I got it. I received a call from Trijewels verifying size and engraving text. I was very pleased with customer service. I even asked to have the rose gold be more of a rose color and they did a PERFECT job! If you are contemplating getting this band, do not hesitate!
