I ordered a piece that would not have worked for what I needed. He asked for pictures after the order but before he made the piece and caught my mistake. Pretty amazing he caught and fixed it by just a picture. He is extremely knowledgeable and I enjoyed him sharing his knowledge. The quality of his stones and diamonds are amazing.
