The experience I had purchasing this engagement ring was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Within minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call. TriJewels worked with me to make sure I had the perfect stone sending pics of multiple options and explaining everything to me. I was first introduced to TriJewels by one of my closest friends, who owns several gorgeous pieces from there. When I mistakenly provided the wrong wrist measurements, he was incredibly accommodating and resized the bracelet right away.
