Vijay went above and beyond to help me design something custom for the big day. He provided expert advice on selecting suitable stones and educated me on the different qualities of the diamonds I was looking at. I picked out the diamond I wanted and a band that was close to the correct fitting, but not quite. Once I placed my order, I immediately received a call from Vijay. He was very happy and excited to help me out and reassured me that he would make a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped in the time frame I was quoted and arrived sooner than estimated date. Amazing customer service and prompt delivery, I will be using Vijay and TriJewels for all my jewelry needs in the future. 5 plus stars!
