Customer service is second to none. Such a personal one on one experience and the quality vs pricing is spectacular. I admit it is a very high end jewelry store and certainly not a 50 percent discount Maceys product. If you really want the personal jeweler to customize your product and someone who takes pride and works the highest quality to your budget this is your guy.

I got my fiancé’s ring tested by our local jeweler and the 14 ct gold was real and the emeralds were real (not lab made). It turned out absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy on my purchase! Btw, the customer service by Vijay was wonderful!!

When my fiancée first saw the ring on this website, he was overcome and overjoyed at finding the exact ring that he had envisioned in his mind and heart. And, for those who are looking for a ring that you have imagined and find it in TriJewels' collection, you simply can't go wrong. My fiancée also said his ring is extraordinary and the attention to detail is exceptional, and sits upon his finger exactly as it should...My fiancée cannot say enough about how overjoyed he is and also said, that if anyone who viewed this ring, would not hesitate to indulge in the exploration and the adventure in finding and purchasing their own ring of choice from TriJewels!
